Seven Pines - ICI Homes

Seven Pines is quickly growing into a great community. We have been in our new Duval model home for a bit over 2 months now and have finally settled in. Travis, our builder, has been excellent in resolving any issues we have found with the home. We are now under ICI homes 2/10 warranty and are receiving the same service from Alan and John the Manager. We are looking forward to the new club house to be completed and to meet our new neighbors. If you are looking to buy a new home in a great location in Jacksonville, definitely take a look at Seven Pines.

I don't even get the couple of complaints I saw that were bad. I'll tell you this, we waited a long time to pick a builder and a community. ICI in Seven Pines to be specific. I am 50 years old and I have never had this kind of treatment, reactions or relationship with such an amazing group of people that I have with ICI. Every once in awhile it's inevitable that something falls through the crack, but with Justin(builder) Jacque(Warranty) and John (bossman) I have never felt better about spending a million dollars on anything. I can't even express the gratitude I have for this group. We are grateful and we are in absolute heaven with our home and the folks that help make it happen with ICI Wally and Haley

ICI was great! We love our new home and the neighborhood! The location and quality is so good! They were so helpful and flexible with our needs and helped us move in before our due date for our daughter! Barbi in the sales office is the best and Tres our builder was great as well!

Great presentation. Kelly was excellent and friendly and professional in helping us. We had to make a quick decision due to the property being the last available on the lake pond and she helped us thru the process. While the neighborhood seems expensive, we are hopeful in the future build out and amenities will unlock new equity. This location is amazing for Jacksonville. Travis is our builder and he has been super amazing in all of our interactions.
