We liked Settler's Landing. Providence homes has really nice floor plans. My only advice is if you plan to use Riverside Homes, just be careful that you get everything in writing before you hand over any initial deposit or lot deposit. I lost $5000.
New development. Decent properties. I manage lawns and most of these are doing well. Front entrance to neighborhood sucks. It's sharp and pinched, a lot of commercial vehicles have damaged the concrete. Roads are pinched right now with new construction. Not very close to any actual culture or entertainment.
I do lawn and ornamental pest control for the "Lawnspray guys" in this neighborhood, so I see more of the place than most people. I think it's a really nice community and my customers seem to love the place!
The traffic is crazy, people go so fast down this road would not live here
