Although we weren’t able to move forward with a house due to budget constraints and the need for a specific floor plan, working with Gaz was an excellent experience. He was one of the most transparent and honest realtors we’ve worked with in recent times—something that’s truly rare these days.

As out of town, cross country buyers moving to metro Atlanta for the first time - Gaz, Dan and the entire DWH team at Settingdown Farms has been simply fantastic. Clear and direct communication, transparency, flexibility, honesty and ultimately delivering a top of the line home in terms of quality, style and functionality are just a few of the reasons why I would recommend this community and David Weekly Homes to any and everyone I know! My husband and I couldn’t be happier and our two dogs seem pretty happy too in their new spacious home! 100/10 in terms of home buying experience which was a 180 from our previous experience. Nice location, nice quality, nice designs, strategically located just off the freeway. Strategically located just off the freeway for signal-free commute if you work near US-19 or GA-400. Very close to under construction "The Crossings(New City Center and Market)", very close to middle & high schools and Coal mountain park, but somehow elementary school is very far because of weird school boundary. Their construction quality also meets or exceeds even the top-tier builders. Only negative point, is about this area, not about this project, bad smell in north Forsyth county fills this whole area time to time, and county/city is keeping their eye close on this issue.
