I had the unfortunate mishap of a frozen hose bib that wasn't discovered until this past June... Once the repair and remediation work was complete it was time for restoration! Wall repairs, mudding, texture, painting in two rooms. Replaced insulation under the house. Because of the damage to the floors, the whole first and second story needed new flooring because there wasn't an obvious breaking point of materials. That turned into a blessing! I was able to pick new flooring for both downstairs, stairway and upstairs! Shane, Trevor, and their teams worked meticulously taking out the old, prepping for the new and installing it all!
