A great community. It appears to be well taken care of, and maintained. I have been in contact with Erin several times, while looking for an apartment. She makes this process so smooth and easy. Erin is very professional and kind, what would be a normally difficult process is very easy. She helped me figure out that these apartments were affordable and well within my budget, I highly recommend Erin!

I would not recommend for anyone to move here unless they have to. Had several bad experiences a beehive in my wall of my 1st apartment I had to put up plastic on two rooms because nothing was being done right away then they FINALLY moved me to an upgraded apartment that I discovered had a mouse issue on the second day! I had to pay someone to address the issue first two times then their maintenance staff came out each time. And it was admitted in a letter from upper management they were aware of it and it was an old issue when it wasn’t. New mouse droppings showed up after the issue was discovered. Now if it was why was it not fixed before moving me into the apartment? Very old buildings they had to put metal baseboards in my apartment to combat the mouse issue. My AV broke down had no a

This place has mice and the property owners are scam artists. They will blame you for damages to the carpets (mine was old when I moved in) and allegedly there was a hairline crack at the top of the living room window that they must’ve known about before I moved in but I didn’t know anything about it. However, they charged me for it and kept my security deposit. I didn’t know then but I know now to thoroughly inspect and take pictures of any unit I move into before moving in and upon moving out to avoid being charged for hidden damages that weren’t caused by me but set up to scam tenants out of their security deposit! 👎🏾 👎🏾

I initially applied for a unit at this apartment and was asked to reapply for another available unit. I followed all instructions, submitted a complete application, and provided all necessary documentation, yet I was still denied. The process was confusing and frustrating, and I felt like my time and effort were completely disregarded. I expected clearer communication and fairness from the management team, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property based on how applicants are handled. After reading several reviews; I may have dodged a bullet because they have roach and mice infestation. If this is your LAST option then proceed but I’d never recommend.
