Serrano Apartments

I lived there 2 yrs in a row, when I moved in some of the walls all ready had paint defects of non proper primer. And white paint over old white paint, maintenance does take some time , but it does get fixed. everything was great until it was time to move out. There's mold that builds up in the showers and in the rooms and they blame you for it. As for the 2 thick pretty woman manegars. My issues was not with them but with the other woman manegars from other properties that were filling in. I mght move back in there again in the future, my daughter loved the built in playground and pool next to each other.

Very poor management, nice and cozy neighborhood but management makes the stay unstable. Price wise it is like any good apartments however facility wise and service wise it’s extremely poor. Every work needs a work order but that takes ages. They make manual mistakes and then charges to pay urgently to cover up their mistakes. Maintenance guy does not speak English, can’t communicate well, does not listen the basic hygiene or obey resident’s religious morale. Management is extremely unresponsive, after taking cheques, takes long time to even acknowledge the receipt and didn’t share the money receipt after 2 days. Laundry machine only works with a Wash card that needs to be recharged only through dollar bills and that only happens in a kiosk near leasing office, now when inserted $20 bill i

I would like to have the owner professional contact information instead of the manager, since the manager is the problem. Very rude woman and doesn’t do her job properly.

Best apartment complex so far, Management is great, easy to talk to and understanding. On-site maintenance is always available though you hardly need them no issues at all. Peaceful and gated community with security patrolling the complex. The only downside is the other residents who do not know how keep the garbage bins clean. I recommend this apartment complex, It's unfortunate we had to move out due to employment moving locations.

This apartments sounded great at first . But after living there for years the only change was the rent would go up. But updating what needed to be change in the apartment wasn’t going to happen . Every year the rent would go up . But they wouldn’t change the carpet. Carpet should be remove they do get dirty . Specially if contract are been yearly renovated and rent going up the least you can do is change the carpet . Specially with covid. That’s not good for the family.. please remove all carpets and update apartments to better living.
