Serenity Towers at Brockton

The building’s entry bells have been nonfunctional for over a year, creating ongoing access issues for visitors. Each time I visit a family member, I am forced to wait outside and rely on others noticing me, as calls to the management office frequently go unanswered. Given the amount of money collected from residents, this issue should have been resolved long ago. Entering a second year with non-working entry bells is unacceptable, particularly in a building serving senior residents. If this matter continues to be ignored, I will pursue follow-up with the appropriate local housing authorities (HUD and others). Seniors deserve safe, accessible, and properly maintained housing.

Have lived here a year. Comfortable and pleasant 2br with husband. Feel well looked-after. Appreciate lively Campello neighborhood and church next-door. Grateful for an affordable 55+ in Brockton. Am retired minister, aim to be a good neighbor, build community. :)

I absolutely love Serenity Apartments here in Brockton - Great people on staff & other tenants too, we all get along, love, laugh & care about each other. Jacqueline Murphy is perfect we all love what's she's come up with to make things better 4 all. Alicia the receptionist is pleasant too - Then again ALL IS GOOD I AM PARKED🌹🤗 They even have new volunteer Monica whom I love very much, she is such a sweetheart.😍🌹

Great place to live! It’s very quiet. Great staff and good neighbors. I absolutely love Jackie the property manager! She is so professional and a nice person at the same time. There is always someone here to help me when I need it. -Jim Russell

I really enjoy living here. It's very peaceful and quite place. There's always activities taking place. I can honestly say its one of the best places I have ever lived. There is always someone here to help and direct you. Everyone is always pleasant.
