I cannot recommend this complex. Although the property manager, Constance, was responsive and did her best to help, the building has fundamental issues that make it uninhabitable. I moved out after only two weeks (despite paying for the full month) due to three major reasons: Roaches: Despite immediate pest control, the issue persisted. My unit was in the basement, which made it difficult to manage in May; I imagine it gets worse in the summer. Plumbing Failures: This was the breaking point. When the unit above me drained their sink, grease and sewage backed up into my sink. This indicates a major structural plumbing issue. Do not rent from this place ever Candace the manager or owner is very rude illegal removal of personal property in your storage bind mold in the apartments roaches and bed bug infested oh did i mention Candace is rude and very unprofessional run run run never rent from her even if she fix the place up oh did i mention gun shots day or night excuse me her name is constance

The remodeled apartments look amazing what a change from the old owners
