Serenity Apartments at Brewster

I have lived at Serenity Brewster for almost a year and I love it here! I Have terrible credit for various reasons but a good job and was turned down by every apartment I applied to, Until I met Brenda and toured the property. She approved my application in spite of my credit score and made sure I was matched with the apartment that worked best for me. The property is well maintained, laid back, quiet and has a mindful community. I will never forget what Brenda did for me and my puppy! Truly grateful!! Lee

Serenity is pretty, comfortable and safe. Great location, you can access the bike path from the back yard, lots of places to walk your dog or just sit and enjoy the outdoors The new gym is a nice addition to the property and the frequently celebrated national cookie, ice cream or cake day are fun and yummy. I’m waiting for national filet mignon day but I’m not hopeful. 😊 You can spend time by yourself or join various group activities or just sit in one of living rooms and meet your neighbors.

Great place to live, great staff, always available and very professional, great location, bus access to all over the Cape right from the front door, Rail Trail access, many activities each month.. *****

A close relative lives here and it is a beautiful place to live. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Worst place I ever lived incompetent property manager it’s like living in a prison more rules than the government and there a more than a few nasty attitudes amongst the residents place is small and way overpriced and overrated I am feeling bad for the people that reside there.
