SERENADE CONDOMINIUMS

I love Serenade. My neighbors have been great, looking out for each other, sharing food, even delivering groceries. We have all gotten closer during the pandemic. We share and barter and support each other. Now that we all got our vaccines we can visit more freely. The location is close to everything. No need to take the freeway. Nicely maintained. I rent here but most own their condo.

Very nice community. Some people won’t read parking signs and will block garages, forcing you to hunt them down to make them move. Kids will sometimes play in the streets but with how people fly through the little roads is a concern. Mostly it’s very quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves and only a few buildings seem to have constant problems with cops constantly there. However it doesn’t bug the rest of the place thankfully.

I lived here for a year and I loved it. With the exception of a few neighbors that could be noisy in the morning, the place was quiet, well kept, and didn't feel like an "urban jungle". The units are large enough and spread out far enough that you don't feel like you're being crammed into another complex. The best way to describe Serenade is that it's not necessarily amazing but there's also no real down sides. Gym, groceries, mall, and highway are all 5 minutes away.

Serenade Condos at 1851 HillPointe Rd Henderson, NV 89074. It's too bad because this is in a nice location. Near shopping, freeway and other things. My wife and I began renting here last year, and I can honestly say, we can't wait to leave. Anyone looking to rent or buy here in this complex, do not do it. Within the last few months an array of drug users moved in all over this complex, Henderson police has been here more than 15 times, " AT LEAST",,,, It is very deceiving because the neighborhood is nice, but I am just letting everyone know, do not waste your time or money here, it is terrible. I decided to speak to one of our neighbors and they had been living here for about 4 years and they said they have noticed the decline in a major way. If we had known this a year ago, we would have

Nice, quiet, no riff raff. The HOA fee's are high, and they like to police the place.
