Serena Village 2 Apartments

This is a great place to live, i lived there for 6 years and it was one of the best properties i’ve lived at, i had to move out since i got my own house but i will always recommend this apartment complex, the management team is great and really helpful, flexible when it comes to rent (payment plans) and maintenance always on point, if i could give more than 5 stars i would without any doubt, when i moved out they explained to me what i would be charge for and i got my deposit back all in order since i left my apartment in perfect condition, i will forever be grateful for the opportunity to live on serena village.

Worst place to live ever. Roaches, rude staff, just don’t even consider. Trust me. Apartment robbed. Cops don’t come to the area. Just save yourself and look far far away from this entire area. TRUST ME Response: First of all, you do not take safety seriously. You didn’t care when our apartment was broken into. You did nothing to help us. I hope whoever reads this reconsiders and doesn’t move in. I will never remove my review. When I let the office know our apartment was burglarized, we asked for footage on the cameras near our building and they refused to provide access to it. They don’t care about you. There was also a time that the staff made a “mistake” and put a NOTICE TO VACATE on our door even after we paid our rent on time regularly. We NEVER got an apology for that either. The s

I absolutely love this property. I lived there 5 years ago, I went with my sister to apply and they were amazing. Recently i went to the office and i wasn’t feeling well that day, but the customer service and energy from the leasing manager Ricardo made my day. He had us smiling and feeling at home. I can’t wait till my Sister moves in. I know she will love it there. Definitely the best apartment complex in Greenspoint.

Rat infested. Roach Infested. Do not move in here. Very rude staff. Cats and dogs roaming the community. Maintenance only speaks Spanish and can’t communicate with anyone who can speak English.
