Serena Village 1 Apartments

Amazing staff and professional I loved the apartments they all clean and renovated, i think this and Serena Village 2 are the best properties in the heart of greenspoint to be honest, also the staff is highly skilled and helpful the hispanic guy at the front desk has the best customer service and great attitude, 5 stars no doubt

This place is so dangerous please stay away from here… management is the worst.. gate never works some tryed to rob my car and shot at me .. the manager didnt even help me to check the camaras to see the car plates of the people that did that .. i tried to break the lease because thats not a safe place to live and they didnt help me they tried to charge over 800 to break the lease … they assaulted someone outside if my apartment… Do not move there

The new leasing agent over there is really nice and kind, good job hiring new helpful employees. I love these apartments The staff really helpful especially Ricardo and Rosalinda. They were the nicest persons Ricardo show me all the available apartments and he explained me about the prices and parking it’s a cute little family community cutesey 5 stars

I really love Ricardo in the office. He's so sweet and courteous and I like the property.
