Serena Heights Apartments

I’ve been living here with my family almost 2 years I can comfortably leave things outside and the maintenance keeps grounds pretty clean house calls take a little while but it gets done quickly and efficiently so no real complaints there sometimes they give snacks at the office today was donuts from Shipleys it is first come first served.

I went to these apartments because I wanted to live in the area. I paid $50 for the application fee and gave the office lady Julia a $300 money order that wasn’t supposed to get filled out unless I got approved for the apartment. I was denied and told by Julia I can come pick up my money order. When I got there a couple hours later Julia and her supervisor had already filled out my money order and deposited it into a tenant account and when I asked about her wrong doing Julia called security and had me kicked off the property. I never gave anyone consent to fill out my blank money order and was told that my money would be mailed to me in a check form. Over a week and a half passed and Julia he boss Stephanie and several ppl continue to hang up the phone saying someone else will call and I

Since new management has taken over, there is a difference being made on the property. They are more hands on and interactive than previous management. If you have an emergency they are quick to respond and address the situation. Elizabeth and Valerie are breath of fresh air to the property. Both ladies are really making a difference here.

I have been a resident tenant at the Setena Height Appartment for 3 years now have enjoyed a none interrupted hight level of comfort and security at Setena Height Appartment. I always and safely/Securely received delivery of packages, Mails and messages at my door mouth without any compromise! I honestly hive it to them👍

I love my apartment the office lady is very firm but sweet
