Re: Stockbridge,GA office This HOA is failing the community. They take forever to respond (if they respond at all), there’s a zero transparency about who is even on the board, they lied that they’re not supposed to disclose. The neighborhood looks neglected especially the front of subdivision because the grass hasn’t been cut in over a month. Safety for the residents is a concern. We have requested for over 2 years to fix the spot lights in front of the subdivision. It’s extremely dark at night. The budget for this year is $10,920 for grounds maintenance. Who’s pocketing the money? HOA or the Board Members? Homeowners are paying dues, but we’re not getting the basic services or accountability we’re promised. Completely unacceptable management.

By far one of the worst companies to deal with. If you try to reach someone at the office good luck because they will not respond. I have been trying to reach out to them for over a year (and yes I have the emails to prove it) and they will not respond. I’m attaching pictures as proof of how they manage. Our subdivision looks like we do not have a management company. This house is at the front entrance! I have to call Union City Code Enforcement to get them to issue letters to residents when we are paying a management company. The list goes on. And I'm sure they will respond publicly now and say they've done their job, but please explain publicly why you have not responded to me in over a year as an HOA member who has always been current on HOA fees?

Dr. Tracy Cook was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, she was warm, responsive, and proactive in helping me obtain accurate HOA information when it was not available through the customer portal or prior communications. She went above and beyond by contacting the Board on my behalf, keeping me informed, and continuing to follow up when responses were delayed. Most importantly, she advocated for homeowners and ensured that late fees were placed on hold while the issue was addressed, which truly put my mind at ease. Dr. Cook demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to excellent service. I truly appreciate how she handled my request from start to finish. I've sat on the board for my HOA for over 12 years and SEVERAL management changes (at the behest of other board members) and I always find us back with Sentry. I've been with this group of folks since they were Grace Management and I've always been incredibly happy with their service. Carla Conrad is our current community manager. Her no nonsense approach combined with her experience are exactly what we need as a community. The financial reporting is always accurate and quick. Their vendors are always on time and do great work. I can't say enough about the service top to bottom. There's as reason they've been in business as long as they have!
