The absolute worst management company! Non-responsive and crooked! Messages go unanswered, issues unresolved for months. They manage our condo association; we are not even sure if our bills are being paid. They have not produced our financials, money is missing from our reserve account and the last 4 property managers we had left the company abruptly. Take your business elsewhere.

Not the best experience. Senné required the broker fee to paid *before* an application was submitted and approved. The broker fee would be returned only if the application was rejected by the landlord (and not if I changed my mind). There was also a $20 fee for the application and another $15 fee to submit each payment through their portal. Additionally, they only disclosed the $350 move-in and cleaning fee after the broker fee was paid. The agent I worked with was helpful in answering questions and accommodating to my move-in date, but I felt like I was getting nickel-and-dimed and was frustrated by the lack of transparency throughout the process.

This company is awful… show us an apartment and then tell us if we want to submit an application we need to pay one months rent.. Absurd.. we pay $2,700 up front; no approvals yet and no lease ….no written agreement! Theses people can take your money and then negotiate a lease with various new items/ charges. DO NOT WORK OR TRUST THEM!

Would give them a zero but not an option. They "manage" my condo complex. This is the 4th condo management company I have worked with and Senne is at the absolute bottom of the leader board. You can email, call or text them but a reply will not come. Even communicating with upper management doesn't change or improve the situation.

Unquestionably the very worst people to trust for anything related to your business concerns, from an investor standpoint and someone who was once a friend. Do your research thoroughly before engaging their services.
