this is quite literally one of the worst apartments i have EVER lived in. i lived in a pretty awful one with seattle, washington, but this one really took the cake. this really just needs a 0 stars due to how poor of an apartment complex this is. before even moving in, i had been switched from a normal apartment to an “upgraded unit” without any warning. i didn’t want an upgraded unit as i knew it costed more, but they said they did it because the other wasn’t ready. getting ready to move in was pretty exciting, especially since at the time i didn’t have a deposit i needed to pay and i would’ve been able to go get my keys and leave the awful living situation i was in. well, found out at that time it wasn’t the case and i DID have a deposit. my lease states $0 deposit, but the residential p

My daughter currently lives at Seminole Trails, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her experience. The community is clean, well maintained, and feels safe, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. The staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever we’ve had questions, and they truly seem to care about the residents. The location is perfect for student living, with easy access to campus and nearby necessities. My daughter enjoys the amenities and has felt comfortable and supported since moving in. Overall, Seminole Trails has been a great place for her to call home, and I would absolutely recommend it to other parents and students looking for quality student housing.

Amazing Experience at Seminole Trails Living at Seminole Trails has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The community is clean, well-kept, and truly feels like home. What really made my time here exceptional was the outstanding support from the property manager, Alexis Howard. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Alexis is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and with a great attitude. Her dedication truly elevated my experience here, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Seminole Trails—and an extra shoutout to Alexis for making it such a great place to live!

As a parent of a past tenant our journey at Seminole Trail was smooth for my daughter. The staff and communication was top-notch from tour to move out. The front office was always professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever there was a question or maintenance request. Minor issues existed but they were handled appropriately.

I moved into Seminole Trails Apartments in August 2024 through a sublease. The unit came “as is” and at first glance it didn’t seem like a bad place. However, within the first week I noticed a huge infestation problem. I requested pest control weekly as they said spraying was supposed to happen every Tuesday. While the office staff told me they would put in the request, they only showed up consistently maybe once or twice. I tried everything myself but nothing seemed to work. Maintenance does respond very quickly, which I appreciated. When I moved in all the appliances were very old. They eventually had to replace both the microwave and the washer so that part wasn’t too bad. The location is convenient but it’s not the safest. There are a lot of homeless people in the area and you really
