Seminole Hills Apartments

The new revamped Seminole hills is a nice refreshing start to the old stigma of the neighborhood. The work they're putting in to help the people of this community is not in vain. So far living in these apartments I've seen it for myself. You get what you give.

Why is this place seems like the only project that is allowed to afford upgrades! I think they take really good care of their people that stay there. I'm not intended myself however they do work with you I've had friends that live there. And they're remodeling again. I guess a nice place to live when you're on housing it's not like crime things like that of that nature.

Good clean up. Alot of kids alot cars needs to be managed little better looks ok. Low income apart kids running around ok on safety not places I would stay or live

Sherri is not a good property manager. She has a nasty attitude & does not know how to speak with her tenants in a respectful manner. She has a nasty tone & when someone tries to address her regarding her attitude & her tone, she gets very defensive & argumentative.

I actually live in a house down the road from this complex. July 2023 there was I know of 1 child being shot in cross fire. Ambulance police and fire department is always going there passing my house. Since July 2023 I hear more gun shots. I know there are tenants that currently use drugs. They although do have a community building where the kids can go eat play on a computer and pool sticks. A little cafeteria kinda. If they could get better tenants the neighborhood would be nicer. Just have a police K-9 unit come through and do a raide. Go around it by hiring TPD K-9 UNIT AS PROPERTY SECURITY. Some police will contract themselves out .
