The Property Is Owned By The Mount Washington Group. The Office Managers Have Had A High Turn Over Rate Since Mount Washington Bought The Company A Few Years Ago, From Blue Realty Who Was A Great Company Too Rent From. I Could Write A Book About The Many Promblems Us Residents Have And Are Still Having. The After Business Hrs EMERGENCY MATINENCE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE And You Are Usually On Your Own Until The Next Business Day, And The EMERGENCY WEEKEND HELP Is Usually Not Available Until MONDAY. The Mast Majority Of Upper Level Managers And Definitely Most Of The Decision Makers Don't Care Are Terrible,Rude And Show Little Too ANY RESPECT Too Us RESIDENTS. DON'T RENT ANY PROPERTIES FROM THE MOUNT WASHINGTON GROUP.

My apartment was burglarized here 1 month after lease renewal. Per the police officers with a Key when there were no copies given by me. Property manager had the only copy. There were "security" cameras on premise that didn't work when requested by officers to see who went in and out of the building. Management company wouldn't let me speak to anyone in their office, not even in person. I had to submit a request in writing to go month to month in order to get out of my lease. Then they tried to send me to court claiming my apartment had extensive damages when the property manager wouldn't do a walk through with us.They claimed I had cigarette burns through out on all the carpets (I have never smoked) Luckily I had video and photos of the apartment in the same condition it was in the day I

I have called Seminole Apartments home for just over two years and have experienced both comfort and safety. Overall, I have not experienced any major issues, and for the few times that I have had to contact our Property Manager or the maintenance staff, they have always promptly responded, accommodated, and fulfilled my request. I will encourage anyone to look for a home here at Seminole Apartments, or wherever The Mount Washington Group is in management.

POTHOLES; Watch out 🚗 🚚! Driving throught the parking lot beginning with Building 4300 where there's a massive pothole. Ownership, Management and maintenance should be ashamed of themselves.

Place is quiet. A little rum down but if I needed a place to live I would live here for the short term. Unfortunately the office never returns phone calls.
