Worst experience of living in apartments i have ever had. I have brought up multiple concerns with all management to be written off. There are always cops in the parking lot and people blasting music until 3am Multiple times if you talk to the land lords they don do anything about it. Not to mention the turnover rate of all staff here is crazy 3 managers in one year shows you all you need to know about these owners will never rent here again.

After 2 1/2 years living at Selway I thought they would have the pool and hot tub figured out by now. The pool filter and circulation is either broken or not enough for the size so it looks nasty. The fountains and kids water pad has work a hand full of times since 2017 and the Jets never seem to work for longer than a couple of days after they shut it down for maintenance. There are new rules and regulations almost monthly and the intense increase in rent for the place itself. We are being relocated for work to help prevent future fires in California due to utilities at least with 2 weeks notice to be there and we just signed our 3rd 13 month contract. I expected to pay a decent amount to break contract but they make it almost impossible. We have to give 60 days notice so we are paying

If you’re debating moving here, do it!! Taylor was so helpful and answered every question I had, making the whole process so smooth and easy. Him and Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable! I love it here!!

We moved out in June, provided them our forwarding address, and they have still YET to give us back our deposit. Management will just give you run around answers and say they are going to call you with what they hear back but we haven’t heard a peep from them. If we want any sort of answers we have to go in and harass them for it. Honestly I wouldn’t even bother with this place if you value your hardworking dollars because this place clearly doesn’t.

My girlfriend and I have been living here for 3 years and love it!! Very clean and quiet neighborhood, and the clubhouse is clean, comfy and relaxing with amazing staff to make you feel right at home. Management is very helpful and very nice to talk to, couldn’t do their jobs any better than they do!! (: Maintenance is perfect, best maintenance we’ve had in a while. Always on top of your apartment needs and make repairs in a timely manner while engaging in great conversation!! Thanks to amazing staff and great cheery management, the girlfriend and I definitely look forward to spending more time living in these apartments!
