Mike reached out to me because I was getting ready to sell my aunt's house in Brighton. He came over to see the house and I loved his enthusiasm. Since I was responsible for getting the best price for the house for her will distribution, I decided to hire a realtor. Mike helped me find a really good realtor, Chuck Silverton of Sotheby's International Realty. The house went on the market in November and sold in December at the asking price!!!! Thanks Mike for all your help!!!

They came out and they were low pressure. They gave a good offer and shared lots of info. We ended up staying put but would definitely use us in the future because of how down to earth and honest they were.

These guys where very helpful! I ended up keeping my house because my situation changed but they took the time to answer all my questions and they gave me a better offer than the others I called! When it’s time to relocate I will be calling them for sure.
