Nice place to live everyone is quiet for the most part. But it fits somewhere you don’t like to be watched all the time this wouldn’t be the place for you. It’s very well secured, and the manager watches the cameras very closely to make sure the residents are safe. And as far as animals, the only way you’re allowed animals are they are emotional support or service animals and if you don’t like to shovel and you can’t afford to have your driveway is plowed winters are tough..

I am so proud to be a resident of this Beautiful community ! Ive been in Property Mangemnt myself, and i must compliment Management wuth an Excellent Manager Theresa and Excellent Maintenance Manager Tim Excellence shows. I cant say enough how much i love my new apartment home! Excellent!

High class residential residents. Very beautiful and well maintained. Brand new apartments most never used. Within walking distance of many different types of businesses. Grocery, fast food, gas stations, pharmacy, Diners etc . Based on your income in some. O.C.O. I believe is the proprietary ownership. Great place to make a Hippie village. LoL

Property manager is overbearing and bossy. Steals the kids toys and throws them away. Goes in your apartment anytime they want
