Shelby Rawlings at Exit Self Property Advisors is an awesome realtor to work with. I was on a very limited timeline to find a property coupled with the fact that I was moving from Florida to Georgia had an injury and could not travel to view properties in person. Shelby worked with my son who lives in Georgia and they would visit places and do video calls with me so I could see the property. Less than two weeks before I was scheduled to move, I found a property and she was able to get all the arrangements made for a quick closing. Everything went smoothly thanks to Shelby Rawlings.
