Was not enjoyable in any way dealing with Bertha, her assistant was rude during the process of making an offer on a home she tried to flip but obviously doesn’t understand being a general contractor. As a GC i got in the crawlspace and saw issues where the house was not up to code and corners were cut….Buyer beware. We were willing to work on the issues due to the location but they were unwilling to give a buyer enough time to read a contract and understand the terms.

Bought my first home from here. Wonderful to do business with.
