Select Real Estate what can I say. Never would call me back. The only way you are getting ahold of them is to call, and call often. $400 hot tub cleaning fee even when I told them explicitly that we would not use it as it was 95 degrees out. Property that was rented had multiple major safety issues. Rear deck railing ready to fall off. Owner had tried to hack together a fix, did a bad job. Good 20+ foot drop that could seriously injure someone. Children should not stay there. Back stairs were ready to fall apart. Seriously dangerous, I cannot stress enough. Must be replaced before anyone steps on them. Hot tub room was obviously added on and not done to code. Multiple metal joists missing, beams/wood married in wrong location. If there is one word to describe Select Real Estate that word would be professional. They stay in constant communication with those who are renting their places. They always make sure paperwork is ready and things are good to go for those who are renting. Courtney does an amazing job communicating between those who are renting their places and those who want to rent a place either short term or seasonal. I would use this company for all your real estate needs.

A friend and myself dealt with Rich Johnson looking for a rental. Rich went way out of his way assisting us with finding a rental that fit what we need. He is a great guy to work with and I would greatly recommend him if you are looking for any type of real estate work.

I called asking about a lot in Madison with a Select sign posted. I spoke with Rich Johnson who told me the lot sold and they haven’t taken the sign down yet. When I asked him for info on the sale, he told me he would have to open the file and he didn’t know when he would have time for that. Select will definitely not be getting my business
