After many failed attempts to find the best agent, I got lucky and found Dale Kleffman at Select One. Without his help, I wouldn't have made it through the complicated buying process as easily as I did. I had many financing hurdles that other agents didn't have the knowledge to work with, but not Dale. He is highly knowledgeable and diligent. If “where there's a will, there's a way” were a person, it would be Dale. In addition, he was extremely patient with me during my first home-buying experience and continues to assist me with this first year as a new homeowner. I can't speak more highly of him. He is professional, personable, and knows his stuff!
