After a bunch of subcontractors failed to show I got tired of dealing with permits and flaky workers. I couldn't even get a roofer to give me a quote. That's when I called Cory. He handled everything from permits to hiring subs, contracts, inspections and even liaised directly with my tenants. He already had a list of reliable and affordable subs so I just had to tell him what I wanted done. I expected top quality work and materials so I was surprised that the invoices came in so low.
