Most nasty apartments I ever stayed in. My lease was up last year so I paid my rent for that month and move. Tina told me I had to wait till the end of the month to move with attitude so I got attitude with her put my keys on her desk and walk out.

This dump needs to be condemned - anyone who gave a positive review is working with Tina. Nothing works, Roaches everywhere, Maintenance doesn't make repairs & they are constantly changing additional fees. Not to mention, Towing is a fix to get more money out of tenants. I could go on & on but just giving a warning to anyone that might want to sign a lease BEWARE!!!!

There hasn't been any hot water from the beginning of March 1 2018 and it's currently March 27 2018 and still no hot water . I haven't seen anyone try to fix the issue and I thought it was a necessity for hot water. I feel bad for people that live here ,cause some days were cold and just to take a cold shower... Meanwhile you have the managers going home to a nice hot shower and not giving a hoot about what we are going through.. I already contacted the health department, I hope they can help out the community . So whoever wants to come here please check the water first cause boiling water in pots just to bathe is very ridiculous. So its May 4 2018 i had to make an update because the hot water is out again and I can't understand why this is a thing for them.

I've been living on the property since July of 2024 and my truck has been towed and my car has been towed you can't register your car as a visitor because your resident they charging you $50 $80 for a sticker that they never gave and like to argue the fact and be real disrespectful and very unprofessional I asked for corporate number they refusing to give it to me because my car got towed and she's telling me that I should have had a sticker which I never got a sticker from her and so now she's being unprofessional and trying to retaliate and I need corporate number and she refusing it to give it

The people that say it's a nice place to live must be Tina friends. I went there to apply for an apartment and the attitude is horrible for management. I would never give my money to someone that have an attitude and you just applying for the apartment. And hell no it can never be a five star apartment I don't know how that came about.
