This is my first month living at Sedgwick Gardens managed by Lindy Properties. I couldn’t be more thrilled. Yesterday, Natalie Dixon (From Lindy) and Ron, our custodian hosted the 2nd barbecue picnic in the courtyard this month. The first was July 4th. As a newcomer, I’m grateful for these chances to meet and schmooze with my new neighbors. I don’t think there’s anything that makes me feel more at home than a community of people who I know by name, who know me by name and get along really well. Some have been here for years and td me things are better now than they’ve ever been Ron grilled us beef burgers, sausages and hotdogs, and Natalie had potato salad, coleslaw, macaroni salad, drinks and served us all Rita’s water ice! Management hosted a fun BBQ for residents today! Good food and socializing! Thank you Natalie and Ron!
