Sedgwick Station Apartments

We love it here, it is so peaceful. The area we reside is so quiet and peaceful. Management an maintenance is great. Easy access to train or buses. In a very quiet neighborhood.Amenities are good.even though I have never participated in the movie nights here in the summer time my neighbors say it’s good. One day I want to participate. But all in all Sedgwick apartments is a great place to live.

Not a resident: but wanted to shout out the management (Anita) for really being responsive and going the extra mile to show me units that I would be interested in and also answering any questions I had. Anita even led me to their other apartment (265 Flats) just to see if they could find me a good deal on a unit that satisfies my needs. As for the unit itself in the apartment that was shown to me, it's really quite nice, very modern and should be great for most. I recommended the apartment to a friend but I decided to rent elsewhere due to me prefering a lot of natural light

I had a great experience with Jane at Sedgwick Station. She was extremely helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, she got back to me quickly and was always professional and kind. Really appreciate her support and would definitely recommend working with her!

I would highly recommend Sedgwick Station to anyone just off their customer service alone. I worked with the leasing agent Ms. Jane and when I say she gave top tier service, she gave top tier service. I came in on my scheduled appointment and was only scheduled to see one building and one apartment but she was nice enough to show me 2 buildings so that I had apartments to choose from. She was warm and welcoming and she made the moving process easy smooth and painless. This is not my first rodeo with apartments but this was by far the best experience I have received and it made it so easy to choose Sedgwick Station as my mew home. My experience with this place was wonderful from the start. The leasing Agent that I worked with was Ms. Anita, she was so kind and generous with her time and information. She made the moving process to me so easy; and she explains a lot which was great. Also Ms. Jane in the office was joyful and welcoming with her smile and time. I am just happy that I worked with Ms. Anita and I chose to live here; and I hope for the continuous care and welcoming atmosphere.
