Lived there for two years. Office staff were always helpful. Had an adjacent upstairs apartment pipe burst leak water into our unit. Make sure you have renters insurance! Repair work was shoddy. I had to look at a terrible patch job in the ceiling for a year. Any other small issues were resolved in a timely manner. I had a lower two bedroom with garage. My heating bill was $200-$250 a monthly on the budget with national grid. Not sure how insulated they are. Very cold and snowy area. They allow pets. My first year the upstairs neighbor was quiet. The neighbor that replaced him had a dog and was very loud. You can hear EVERY step they take in the ceiling and every sound the dog made. Very annoying. We lived on Tamarack Drive for 7 years. We loved living there. It was safe and very well maintained. The staff is second to none. Any work order or concern was always quickly taken care of. We recommend living there to anyone. Denise, Joleen, Jennifer, and Cam are wonderful ladies. Craig and Lonnie were super also. In closing, thank you for providing a great place to live!!!!

Google Review: We have lived here for two years, and it has been a terrible experience. This place claims to “appreciate” military families, but they’ve consistently done the opposite. We moved in shortly before my husband deployed and were assured they’d be supportive during his absence. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Despite claiming they don’t plow near vehicles for safety, my car was always plowed in, forcing me to shovel packed snow—often with an infant in tow. When the cold weather killed my car battery, I asked maintenance for help with a jump start. Their response? “Ask your neighbors” (when no one even lived next to us). I would strongly recommend anyone within the military to consider living on base as many others have stated before this review. This place is not worth putting a portion of your BAH towards considering there is no central air conditioning and no washer or dryer included. I again would strongly recommend living any place else that is not affiliated with Sedgwick Pines. They will haggle you for your security deposit and it seems to be a recurring theme when it revolves around their carpeting. For move-out they rip out the carpet in search of stains and this goes for all of their rental properties. We have lived here several years. the office staff is kind and helpful. If we had every need any special accommodations or had concerns they were addressed and handled with professionalism. The maintenance staff is really attentive to the concerns of the resident. ( added bonus we also have great neighbors. )
