Secor Chateau Apartments

Very pleasant experience here. The maintenance team is fantastic, friendly and very prompt. The office staff also treats their residents with kindness and respect.

After looking at absolute rat holes I finally founds these apartments to live in. They were nice and easy to deal with from the start. My home is beautiful and I don’t have to worry about the gas bill, water bill since it’s all included in my rent check. Couldn’t be happier

I have been here for about 2 months. I have had a chance to utilize maintenance. Very quick and professional. The new management is very attentive and responsive to the tenants. When the boiler had issues with no heat for a few days, management bought every apartment a brand new heater!! What apartment complex would do this!!

What a shame, this used to be a wonderful place to live until the new owners came in, in January. If I were you, I’d stay far away. They’re SUPER money hungry and have absolutely no compassion.

Worst place I ever lived in my life. the management constantly finds ways to harass their tenants. building is old and not worth the rent.
