Here's my experience: 1. They committed fraud by failing to disclose that I would be paying my neighbor's electric and water bill, and when I discovered it, they offered a partial credit because—according to them—I was only supposed to pay MOST of my neighbor's utilities, not all, which I was not made aware of at lease signing. They refuse to spend a few hundred dollars to sub meter the units. 2. THEIR tenant ledger system maintains multiple, inaccurate balances, and one month I went to make a payment for my balance, and the system processed several hundred dollars more than my balance. I called them IMMEDIATELY to cancel the payment, but they're so disorganized that I was told it's impossible to cancel on their end and THEY told me to call my bank to cancel and they'd make a note to ensu

This company bought Concord Station 2 or so years ago and it has went down hill ever since. We have no property manager calling the numbers is a nightmare and they do nothing. Now people don't care and are dumping furniture outside and the landscape maintenance hasn't been done since August of last year......

From experience do you research! You do not want to waste your time! I got an email saying I was denied because I make 2.5 the rent. The website literally saying do you make at least 2,500 on the questions like I make more that. The email was not adverse letter from App Polio. I think this company just taking people applications fees! Let's talk about the showing broken tub and no blinds at the window brown and refrigerators handles! ! So when I reached out about that said they were going to fix it when someone moves so make sure its fixed if you did approved for this place make sure it's fixed! I want my money back or dispute my charge! do not apply for these people!

Would give LESS than 1 star if I could!!! You have to read these reviews before renting. Make sure you contact an attorney IMMEDIATELY and also the Better Business Bureau. The complaints are out of this world. If we are SO CLOSE to having enough complaints to have a class action lawsuit. They will tack on so many fake and unnecessary bills when you move out it’s just getting to a point where they need to be investigated. They need to be audited and investigated PERIOD!!!!!

I've had nothing but issues with this company!!! Starting when we moved in 6-7 yrs ago! We only stay because of the rent and space but this will be the last yr here for sure! I put a work order in 2/6 around 6am because the pvc pipes under the sink came apart and we had water all over our kitchen floor this happened late night so I waited till the morning to put the order in. I did not receive a response at all until 2/7 mind the sink was unusable. My husband managed to put the pipe all back together but as soon as the water turned on the pressure was to much and again another water explosion. I go into our customer portal only to find out that the work order was canceled by Pacific Oak maintenance. I put another order in stating I would be in contact with BBB and Fair Housing. Only then d
