Office manager shows 0 empathy to emergency maintenance requests. Never move here. They will take your money yet don't fulfill their end of the contract. Maintenance guys are unprofessional. My 2 kids and I are currently burning up in a 90 degree unit because management is refusing to replace the unit. She hung up in my face after telling me do I want it fixed or not. Very rude and unprofessional. I am currently filing complaint with TDHCA.

if you want to have cockroaches as a pet you can come and live here, if you want to share your house your bed your meal with the cockroaches you can come and live here. If you want to be woken up in the middle of the night by cockroaches, you have to come and live here. if you want to pay your water bill at more than 100 dollars a month without having a dishwasher or a washing machine for your clothes in a 2 bedroom apartment you have to come and live here. it's just terrible.

I moved in here March of this year and the day that I checked the apartment I noticed No hot water in the kitchen and roaches were having group meetings everywhere,I reported it and I also done the checklist.I noticed nothing about hot water in the kitchen was ever mentioned so I started reaching out to the leasing office about it and the 2 same lazy maintenance men came out 3 or 4 times,but after the first time they came out they went back to the leasing office and lied and said it was because I have a portable washer and I then went into the leasing office and corrected that lie,so after that they came out a couple more times and out of those times they cut a hole in my wall and left it open Forever til I complained about it,then they tacked it up but still see holes and still no hot wat

After paying rent on time we are showering in cold water for days. This seems too 3rd world !! whenever it's their time to deliver on their end of a lease contract it's difficult to get anything done in a timely professional manner. I'm reporting to tdhca.

Been living here for over a year now. Initially was not that great but for the price what could we say. Now they have improved tremendously!! Not saying all issues have been fixed but slowly and surely that have made a great change in the property! Pool is clean and pretty.....maintenance guys are always cleaning the property (if only the people living here would be more clean and stop throwing trash then this would improve as well)....they are making improvements when it comes to making repairs...faster services.....Michelle & Abby are great in the office any issues you take to then they take it very serious and take care of it!
