Terribly managed...the essentially arent responsible for anything and refuse to fix any issue you have outside of a sink or bathtub issue..they only update certain units to take pictures but not any of the other units..not to mention the rent being raised every single year but no updates to the apartments..I've been in one of their complexes for 6 years..they tell me I have to do all the maintenance as if they dont have a whole staff of workers..they make excuses for every reason to get more money out of you..the property is perpetually switching ownership..save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere

Posting again because they deleted my previous review. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is absolutely disgusting. It was decent when we 1st moved here during covid, it has only gone downhill. No one cleans the lint traps and they leave pubes and bugs. Management doesn't do anything about that or the ever growing cracks in the foundation. That's not even counting how the hallways smell like dog piss and the kids here leave trash up and down the hallways. My spouse and I are constantly tripping over kids toys and boxes in the hallways and, again, nothing is done about it. It truly is a lower quality of life living here. Unfortunately, we are stuck. Come here with caution.

If you want to be discriminated against, this is the Realty company for you! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dealing with the extremely rude Tahara Hood from this company was a waste of time and energy. Right after I applied for an apartment, the rent was raised and her response was that 'prices are subject to change at any time'. Then she had my mom fill out an application as well because 'she is over 18'. She was not even a co-applicant, so I didn't see the need for this. The final straw was her telling me that they wouldn't be able to move forward with my application until I show proof of a job transfer closer to the area. Mind you, I make more than enough to pay the rent and my credit score is excellent. Also I can sometimes travel for work and people travel to work every single day,

They will automatically sign you up for another 12 months on your lease if you don’t sign 2 months before your lease is up. They send you an email to let you know your lease is available to view months before and that is the notice given. There is nobody to actually talk to besides robots of the company and only through text. They automatically signed me up on oct. 1st for another year and I was unaware, oct. 2nd I gave them my notice that my lease is up at the end of November and I will be moving out Dec. 20th. No leniency, they expect 3 months worth of rent and to forfeit my $1500 security deposit. If they give you another number to speak to someone above them they won’t answer. They also refuse to come out before a certain date to fix the air conditioning despite it being over 80 degree

**I NEVER leave reviews.** The only reason this realty group has 1.9 stars is because you have to give at least one star to leave a rating. There are a number of reasons why I’d never recommend SEB realty to anyone. 1) Extremely drawn out move in process. Given the run around many days in a row. Took almost a month after getting approved to receive a move in date. Even then, that date wasn’t guaranteed due to poor planning and communication on their behalf. 2) The day before I was set to move into my unit, I was told that the inspector went to “the wrong unit”. I was not made aware until I called the office at 2pm. This was extremely unnerving considering I had to move from my previous apartment by the next day. 3) Leasing agent was condescending when I explained my frustration with the l
