I moved in a few months ago and it was a positive experience. From the beginning, the property manager was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She has gone out of her way to assist me and always very easy to reach. After moving from a place infested with mold & mildew and scorpions & various other pests, I am very pleased to say none exist in my new home. The maintenance items I reported have been quickly and competently repaired -- again with politeness and professionalism. The neighbors have been exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful.
These are new homes and seemingly well built. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. The downside is that there is no access to the water and it is difficult to pull out onto the highway. Definitely one of the better accommodation options in Marathon.
