Seaton Preserve

I was looking for something a little lower that wasn’t in my price range, but I do love the apartment and I do love Kayla. She was a beautiful person even though the apartment was too steep. I still love her personality. Thank you so much. God bless.

Seaton Preserve has been such a breath of fresh air. The first time I visited was over a year before I moved in and they immediately made me feel like I was at home well before signing a lease. I was a bit overwhelmed during the process as it took a year to get everything in order, but Kaila communicated with me and made me feel at ease along the way. I really have to commend Miss Kaila for everything she has done for me. She is the definition of above and beyond. The entire staff has been amazing, but she is just awesome. The apartment and amenities are just awesome. I feel like I’m in a resort and I’m so happy to call this home.

I moved into Seaton Preserve about a month ago and it’s been a great experience so far! The amenities are impressive — the gym is well-equipped, and the pool area is beautiful. I really enjoy the community events that bring neighbors together. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Big thanks to Alyssa and Keyla — they’ve helped me immensely throughout the entire process and made my move-in smooth and stress-free. Their support truly made a difference. Highly recommend living here!

Daya was very helpful during my virtual tour and knowledgeable about all my questions regarding move-in and fees. The apartment was nice with great amenities..I’d definitely keep this property in mind.

Very nice and clean place. Apartments are very nicely arranged,all new appliances. Thank you Kaila for your excellent easy application process, very smooth and answered all of our questions. For anyone looking for apartments in Jacksonville Fla. Check them out, close to the airport is a plus and ideal location. Kudo,s !!!
