Seasons & Woodale Apartments

I rented an apartment at Seasons and Woodale sight unseen. Kendra, the property manager, told me this town house was coming available early October that she said would be a great fit for me and what I'm looking for. On my arrival, (Sunday night at 8PM) Kendra was sure to greet me at the office and escort me to my property where she gave me my keys and move-in documents. She also noticed a leaky faucet outside of my apartment and promptly put in a work order to have it replaced. My apartment was clean, and as described by Kendra. Super quiet neighborhood with amazing property management. I couldn't be happier with the customer service from Kendra, the prompt and mindful maintenance team. If you're looking for a place to call home they will welcome you with open arms!

Kendra was very friendly and professional. She gave us a thorough tour and really engaged with us! Loved her service and I’m sold!

We went to view an appointment for our daughter. The manager, Kendra was so pleasant and kind to work with. She had to make some phone calls and work things around and was able to get our daughter in an apartment before the semester begins. Thank you Kendra and staff for all that you did yesterday. I’ve been stay here for 2 years now, and I just want to say that the manger is very nice, even though she is stern she is also willing to compromise, her name is Kendra!!!!

Went to speak with a leasing manager, Joseph, and have a tour of an apartment. Very nice and walked us through the leasing process and answered most if not all of our questions. We put an application in and are waiting to hear back.
