Seasons at Wekiva Ridge by Richmond American Homes

I purchased a home on Sep 2024. During the overall inspection, we did not noticed the yard was incomplete (missing SOD & sprinkler heads to cover entire square footage, because the grass was incomplete a dormant state/ stage. Spring comes around and I discovered the flawed work, so I filed a warranty claim. After 4 weeks of negotiating a fix, I could not believe my eyes when I inspected the finsl results… TSLU about a sub-standard result! I am not certain they could have found deader SOD to complete the application with. Totally disappointed
