Seasons At Library Square Apartments

I have lived here for almost a year. The staff has been nothing but amazing. I want to especially recognize the new leasing office agent who started working within the last two months. Every time I have a question she goes above and beyond to answer it. Neighbors are nice and friendly/ welcoming. Thank you so much for making this property an amazing place to live.

Nice, safe, and convenient place for transportation, grocery shopping, banking, and more. The place, although located in downtown, has quiet and soothing ambience. The units are arranged very well. The apartment also has a peaceful community and the staff always communicate willingly with the community as well. Although the rent costs are a bit higher on average (but reasonably since located in downtown), it is still a good place to live!

Absolutely fantastic management and maintenance teams! Have no complaints about my time living here. The best bang for your buck in downtown Salt Lake & would recommend this complex to anyone!

I moved into Seasons at Library square one month ago and I’m so happy to report, I love this apartment. 10/10 would recommend. Let me start by saying I moved here from across the country, which if you’ve done you know is a long and tedious process of planing and travel. I never saw this place before moving in but it’s the safest bet I’ve ever made. Jordain and Malia are hands down the best apartment management team I’ve ever worked with. They made the entire process of viewing the apartment, signing a lease, paying my first months rent (all from across the county) so easy and stress free. They were extremely attentive and timely with their responses. So professional yet fun and familiar that it was a breeze to stay in touch with anything I needed. I moved into Seasons at Library Square when the building opened in May, 2015 and I've been here ever since. The view of the SLC skyline from my northwest corner unit is pretty sweet. The central downtown location is ideal with lots of shops, parks, bars and restaurants just a quick stroll away. The apartment amenities are on par with other average downtown residences. The maintenance staff - Josh and Jason - are phenomenal and incredibly helpful.
