Seasons Apartments

I've lived here for 2 years. They charged me two increased deposits already. But it's a great location and it's a beautiful apartment. Great lighting for plants. Ceaser made it so I can keep my apartment. He's a good person and caring which is exactly what this apartment complex needed. They have storages which there's no limit on how many you can have. There's a wait list for garages

If this review can do anything it’s to encourage others to RUN away from this apartment complex. They may entice you with a gym and pool, but their buildings are so poorly maintained it’s almost comical. Since we’ve moved in here’s a list of all the things that have broken or occurred in our unit. We moved in with no working hot water, no dryer, and no oven. We moved in on a Saturday and had to wait for hot water & maintenance fixes until that Monday. We felt like we had just paid a deposit and prorated rent to camp. In the past year we’ve had 4 total floods. 2 in our laundry area for a pipe on the outside wall or above( they don’t communicate well on where they are coming from), 1 from a broken washer, and 1 from our bathroom ceiling. Management has handled these so poorly. Communication

It has a very good ambience and cool and spacious aprtmwnts. Good environmwnt, friendly staff and best service. They have pols jacuzzi gyms and plenty of outdoor space. They have a club space as well.

It did the job for housing in my budget, but overall, it was not impressive. There is no luxury to this place and maintenance is underfunded. There are not too many hidden costs, except moving out. I don't recommend using the patio closet, as you will always have spiders inside the apartment so I am sure the patio is worse. The management company is out of state, as shown by the lack of funding for improvements in apartments. The staff on site are nice enough but limited. Edit: based on the move-out, I have reduced it from 3 to 2 stars. Questionable move-out charges and practices. They are unreasonably higher than any apartment I've lived in. It is unreasonable and not worth the value you get from the apartment. Explore other options.

I have lived at The Seasons for over two years. I wanted to live at this complex and waited months for my 1st floor apartment to be available. I love how the grounds are so well kept. The outdoor layout is in such a way that you have an opportunity to meet other people and make friends. The club house feels warm and welcoming. The office staff are great. Alisa Burditch has been a great help with any issues I have had and taken care of them in a timely manner. She also helped me to use the Flex app for paying my rent. The maintence fellows are always very polite and good with my dog.
