Seaside Grove Apartments

Everything we have experienced here at Seaside Grove has been outstanding. The front office personnel are so friendly and helpful, excellent Customer Service. The Maintenance workers rock making things better for the tenants. I absolutely love living here! It is perfect for us. We have everything we need.

I love seaside grove and have recommended it to others looking for a great location, nice apartment and affordable living in Myrtle Beach. We've been here since July of 2020 and we've watched it improve steadily under the new management company. There are lots of green spaces and a decent dog park. The amenities are excellent. The management staff and maintenence crews are bar none. I definitely recommend this community.

Jake, their Leasing Consultant always goes above & beyond to ensure everyone that walks through those office doors or reaches out by phone/email has their questions thoroughly answered. He is extremely kind, helpful, and most importantly - knowledgeable in the industry and takes every matter seriously. He WILL ensure your needs are met in regards to finding your next home. Cheryl (Assistant Property Manager) & Jennifer (Property Manager) take every matter extremely seriously and will address any issue with the upmost professionalism. This property would not run as smoothly without these two ladies at the helm! If you are looking for a true community, Seaside Grove should ABSOLUTELY be on you

Overall had a great experience touring and renting this apartment. Cheryl was so helpful with answering all of my questions and setting up my lease. 10/10 would recommend.

From start to finish, the team at Seaside Grove has been top notch. This is not my first time in an apartment community. In terms of customer service, they far exceeded that to which I had become accustomed with other properties. The staff was engaging and enthusiastic about addressing any questions. Lastly, it was nice to communicate with real human beings that were on site, no call centers or any of that AI automated response nonsense.
