Because I was buying a condo without a broker or a lawyer, I did the leg work and weeded through my title insurance options in Philadelphia. I spoke with four other companies. Two of them quoted me higher (prices should be fixed based on price and financing). I went with SearchTec and was beyond satisfied. Suzanne was honest, efficient and just made our closing seamless. I'm shocked at how difficult it is to find a title insurance company without a broker. SearchTec is it.
Top of the line customer service. Quick, reasonable and efficient. They handle all of our appraisals, title searches and recording. We never had need to look elsewhere
