It’s hard to capture how great working with Tara Dynan has been. My husband and I decided we wanted to buy our first rental property more than a year ago but have very busy lives. Lynn!!! She was THE best. She knew various neighborhoods and the history of them. She also knew exactly what to look for in a house. She explained all the things to look out for, what fixes would cost the most money, what to be weary of and so much more. We were looking for about a year and a half and she never got annoyed or dropped us in during our search. She respected us and listened to us so she never wasted our time showing us potential houses.
