Don't use this company. We had a deal with them where the seller specified using them and it has been disastrous. No response. My insurance is about to cancel because I don't even have a copy of the closing documents after many emails, phone calls, and promises that they would send it. I am even afraid it has not been recorded.

Overall friendly . Everything was explained, but there were some last minute details which should of been done day before . As one of owners in another state

The lack of communication is absolutely overwhelming. When I have to title an email: 5TH REQUEST, something is very wrong. To make matters worse, when they responded to my 5th request, it wasn't even what I needed. I just gave up. You also can never get anyone on the phone. Their wiring instructions require that you call to get the first three digits of the account number to avoid wire fraud, well, that's really thoughful of them, however, since you can't get anyone on the phone, you won't be able to confirm the numbers. What a treat! I absolutely do not recommend this office whatsoever. There are so many title options available, this should not be on anyone's list.

This was the first time I sold a home. It was my parents and located 2 hours from me. Seaplane Title was who my realtor group uses. Up until closing, things went pretty smoothly. At closing I drove 2 hours to get there to find that the buyer had been offered mobile services. Upon signing papers, I noted my dad's date of death was wrong and mentioned this. Their representative said she had the death certificate right there and was going to check... even though I had been at his bedside that day. She seemed determine to prove me wrong. I was correct. About a week after closing, they contacted me to tell me that "their technology" had messed up and I owed over $100 more on realtor fees. One week after that, I received a check from them on overpayment of annual taxes, which they had said wou
