I’ve lived and resided at seagrass for approximately 8-9 years. Not only did I bring life into this world 2x while living at Seagrass, but I’ve also created amazing memories throughout these past years. Neighborhood and area is quiet, very kid friendly, you’re able to sit on your porch or patio and enjoy some downtime. During the day if you have children they will gain so many friends while living in this complex. My neighbors became family. The office staff, especially office manager Michelle (very down to earth) and office staff Kelly (also very down to earth), and ALL Maintence workers are all so amazing and always willing to help when need be, if it’s under their abilities of duties. I want to thank Joe, and Mark for being great maintenance men. They are always able to resolve issues that I have in my apartment, especially with the HVAC. I also want to thank Michelle for being a great Property Manager! She has been very helpful whenever I called with an issue. It is always a pleasure to talk to Kelly, and the office staff when I call the office. They are very helpful! I love the location, and privacy of the complex. It's a great place to live.

Besides the dogs policy that need to be reinforced in the patio, more lights and cameras in the parking, the rent increasing, everything else is fine. The management is nice and reachable, the maintenance team especially Joe is courteous and abordable. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FRIENDS TO THIS COMMUNITY.

I lived here for going on 8 years now and the staff here are great. Kelly from the office is very nice and is willing to help any one with any issues. Joe, the head maintenance man, is phenomenal as well. Always there to help out no matter the time or situation. I appreciate all they have done for me over the years.

Michelle is the best property manager I have ever had! He attentiveness, kindness and compassionate nature makes it a pleasure to interact with her. She makes her residents feel like family members, which makes me want to stay here forever!
