The agent was very helpful. She showed us several photos of various new construction homes and explained some of the features of the Seagate houses. I was very impressed with Seagate . Seagate may have had the best houses in the Palm Coast area.

We had an excellent relationship with Seagate Homes until our sales person and primary contact unexpectedly passed away. After that everything on my new home build went astray. From the build taking 2 1/2 years (prior to covid), to poor construction, to broken irrigation causing collapse of my lot, to on and on, it has been a nightmare to my wife and I. It is bad enough for me to hire an (expensive) attorney to file a lawsuit to get these corrected. Caveat Emptor.

April is awesome, she is very helpful and knowledgeable. We can't wait to get in our new home.
