Seacrest Southwest Property Management has done a superb job at Palermo in The Colony in Bonita Springs. Manager Anthony Martinez is conscientious, courteous, and well-organized, and Rachel Mane, in charge of the front desk with its many demands, is simply a superstar. She goes far above and beyond to look after her clients, the unit owners, not only meeting but actually anticipating needs and exemplifying the meaning of service. We have felt very blessed to be in the hands of this terrific team. Kudos to SSPM for bringing them to us!

Happy to review the process of Tenantev.com. Hard to find on line, then hard to fill out all the questions. Very difficult to sign in first. then had to repeat numerous sections of the evaluation. I will certainly share this opinion with my owner at Laurel Oaks, John Cotter. He didn't mention that I would have to pay an additional $150. Ridiculous, so that you can be comfortable with my leasing a property. If you want to have tenants help you to evaluate them, you'll need to make the process much more user-friendly. and please send a copy of this review to my owner: John Cotter at 824 Tanbark Circle, Naples, if you can.
