Seacrest has helping their company to more then one job monthly payments 2-to 4 payments for the month not only century village. But other building throughout Florida that they maintain Their accounting department is not qualified to handle our payments they do not know the difference between a credit and a debit card And then when you call them they do not answer their phone

Frustrating to deal with these people. They are some of the most unresponsive and unfriendly people. They make you feel like they're doing you a favor If you try to follow procedures to get normal needs processed or approved. The staff that maintains our property are lazy and have no sense of pride in their work. It takes numerous attempts to contact them just to get a petty request accomplished.

These people will manage your neighborhood into the GROUND! Most unprofessional, incompetent, rude people. These people were charging us special assessments and now the new management has found no paper trail of these special assessments. We have no amenities and we had one of the highest hoa fees in the town. The list goes on and on… good riddens! They were so bad that the majority of our community came together and voted them out. Run from these people!

Having the worst experience by far. No one to talk to and no one to reply my emails. Finally someone at the cooperate office in West Palm answered and advise to have me drive up to their Coconut Creek location just to find out the statues of a Rental App....... When ask for an alternate email for the owner or manager, I was answered with none available and got disconnect 1/12/2023.

Worst Management Company ever. Three realtors and an attorney have been calling, emailing, and leaving Voicemails for two weeks now and never got a call back. We had to extend the sale of the Condo because buyer still isn't approved and no one has any idea what's going on.
