Sea Trace Rental Homes

I usually don’t leave reviews for places I live in until I’ve moved out and gotten my deposit back — you never know how things might turn out. But with Sea Trace, I honestly don’t have any worries. From day one, Skyler and the rest of the team, including maintenance, have been amazing. Everyone’s friendly, professional, and patient — even with my kids, who can be a handful sometimes! They’re always welcome in the lobby, and I’ve never once had a complaint. The complex is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Definitely feels like I made the right choice living here.

I’ve loved living in this new development rental community over the past year. The 2-bedroom home is comfortable and modern, but what truly elevates the experience are the amenities and location. The pool and clubhouse add a resort-like charm that’s perfect for relaxing or socializing. And being just a five-minute walk from my job at the mall has made everyday life incredibly convenient—no traffic, no commute stress, just a smooth start and end to each day. The neighborhood feels safe, well-kept, and welcoming, with a property management team that’s attentive and responsive. I couldn’t be happier with the balance of convenience, comfort, and lifestyle this community offers.

I called the community yesterday after seeing their post on Zillow. Skylar answered the phone and was the most knowledgeable, welcoming person I could have ever spoken with. I made an appointment for this morning at 10am. I arrived early, and Skylar immediately came outside to greet me and see how she could help me. She had the biggest smile and the friendliest wave ever!!! She was even more amazing in person! Extremely talented and had remembered her conversation with me from the day before, even down to the name of my daughter’s dog. She showed me the beautiful community and several different floor plans. She offered information, before I even had to think of a question. Staff is extremely friendly, knowledge and timely with answers to all of my questions! Beautiful property with great ammenities-ideal location!
