This is the first time we used Sea Star Realty, we've been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for vacation for 28 years. The original booking was made 6 months in advance. On the Monday before our visit we were informed that our house was no longer available. Sea Star wars very accommodating as far as they could go. The house that we ended up booking was far nicer. It ended up being the same price due to the last week "deal". I also liked having the ability to communicate via texting. They were quick to get back to me and had the answers I needed. We had a great trip!

We really enjoyed staying at Sugar Shack. It was very convenient to the beach. The area with the pool that had lighting at night, a large TV, couch and chairs was a great area to relax in. The backyard area around the pool was fenced and made a great place for our dog to enjoy. Also the enclosed outdoor shower was a plus (it had a handheld shower wander and warm water). We

Perfect Beach Getaway – Highly Recommend Surfdog in Surfside Beach! We had an amazing stay at this house! The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach and close to great local restaurants. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the porch, which had a beautiful view of the pier and surrounding spots. The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our entire family. The pool was a huge hit, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, even with multiple people online. Everything well-maintained, and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We rented the Anchors Away house during 9/28 - 10/4/2025. Enjoyed the house it had a hot tub and a private pool, which was very nice having everything to ourselves. Did have some AC issues on our last day but things happen that we cannot control and Sea Star did their best to help but late night and weekends are hard. Overall it was a great vacation and plan on doing it again next year.

We stayed at a rental property in Garden City, SC. The place was fantastic and clean. The photos used for the advertising looked like they were taken the day we arrived. The views were absolutely fabulous. Ocean or marsh, you could see for miles. One of the great things about the place we stayed was the customer service that was provided. Any time I had a question there was always a prompt response. We will definitely be staying at this property again, and would have no problem staying anywhere else that Sea Star Realty is servicing.
